I woke up this morning and decided that I would try to something that would disturb the local Savannah Real Estate market. I already offer a flat rate MLS listing for $450, but I wanted to offer something greater....something that hit hard.....how about rebating 50% of my selling commission back to the buyer...yep that works!

Flat Rate Realtor's are made up of seasoned agents and brokers that get it and are not in denial.......We don't make cheap comments either.....Realtors are not surgeons.....quit scaring the consumer.... they are smarter and more savvy than most Realtors......and yes all of the abrasive comments by Realtors against Flat Rate is great advertising for Flat Rate Realty......P.S. Google any "Blue Chip" franchise and the words flat fee or flat rate and you will see Remax,Century21,etc..etc.....Flat Rate Realty is all about the consumer and for the consumer!!!

The housing market is still in a downturn and "bluechip" banks are dropping like flies. What makes realtors think that they continue to do business in the same manner they did 5 years ago! I offer a "flat rate" $450 listing which affords a more realistic price to be set by the seller. The end result is that everyone wins. The seller sells, the buyer buys, and the realtor earns a commission!

What does this all mean,,,,,There is a lot of inventory out there and one has to be creative in order to get a sold sign in front of their yard!
